Come with Landmarks as we partner with Tall Timbers for our second member meetup! We'll take the trip down to Dixie Plantation for the afternoon.
Dixie Plantation was designed in 1936 by John Russell Pope, architect of the Jefferson Memorial and the National Archives, for the Livingston family. Tall Timbers is in the process of rehabilitating the property, and once restored, the Main House will host local events promoting the natural and cultural heritage of the Red Hills.
Due to construction, there is limited accessibility for those with mobility concerns. Enclosed footwear is advised. Tickets are $25, limited to the first 25 people, and available online at our website, thomasvillelandmarks.org, under the "Events" tab!
