Calendar Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your event submission!

The Event Calendar features:

• Live Music

• Festivals

• Art | Culture

• Peforming Arts

• Creative Workshops

• Shows | Social Gatherings

• Downtown Happenings (weekly events such as trivia, tastings)

• Happy Hours

The Community Calendar features:

• Community Events (civic, local fundraisers)

• Classes | Workshops

• Local Meetings

• Religious Events

We welcome you to submit your event for posting to our online calendar. Please follow these simple guidelines when submitting an event:

• Only events occurring in Thomas County will be posted to the calendar.
• The Destination Thomasville Tourism Authority reserves the right to edit submissions for space, content and category assignment.
• You are responsible for notifying us when event information changes or events are canceled or rescheduled.
• Please submit your event information as far in advance of the event date as possible.
• Please include your website in the event details section of the calendar submission form.
• The same Event Submission link is used for both the Event and Community calendar; your event will appear on the appropriate calendar accoring to its category.
